The Lake Forest Book Store
I work as an event planning and marketing intern at Lake Forest Book Store. I help plan and execute events that promote the book store. I organized my first event in Early October called “Reads and Feeds” where we encouraged people to post about their books on Social Media. We also gave our sweet treats and gave students and faculty 15% off their books.
Compass Health Center
In addition to working at the book store, I write blogs and create social media content related to awareness, hospitalization, and outpatient programs in support of mental health. I do research on different mental health disorders, therapies, treatments, and resources. I also attend biweekly meetings where I am assigned topics to center on in outlines and blogs; I am expected to meet deadlines.
